Job Description : Senior Mechanical Engineer - PE

Location: Tampa Bay, Florida

Position Summary:
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will design and implement mechanical systems for high-rise projects, collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure compliance with client expectations and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead design of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
2. Conduct load calculations and equipment selection.
3. Prepare and review engineering documentation.
4. Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
5. Mentor junior engineers and conduct site inspections.
6. Coordinate with contractors and resolve construction issues.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
2. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida preferred.
3. 7+ years of experience in high-rise construction.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and industry-standard software.
5. Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
