Peak Support, a rapidly growing outsourcing firm serving some of today’s most innovative companies, is seeking a Sales Director to build, launch and grow our outbound sales function. Peak Support manages customer service and back-office teams for high-growth companies. Founded in 2015, we are an Inc. 5000 company and a Certified Great Place to Work, with more than 2,300 team members in the Philippines and the U.S. Nearly all of our growth has come from client referrals and inbound leads. We are proud that we’ve accomplished so much without needing an outbound sales team. Now, however, we’re looking for a sales leader who can help take us to the next level – building the SDR function as well as our partnerships program. This is a great opportunity for someone with a proven track record who is entrepreneurial and excited to build an exceptional sales function from the ground up.

Requirements

Job responsibilities:

  • Establish our outbound sales process including target customers, outreach scripts and cadence
  • Hire and manage our first outbound sales associates
  • Build a partnership program
  • Work closely with the rest of the marketing and sales leadership team to ensure we’re targeting the right clients with the right strategy and collateral

Qualifications

  • Proven experience building and leading outbound sales teams
