Information Technology Quality Assurance Lead

The Denzel Group has been selected to find an IT QA Leader to build out the IT Quality Assurance process from the ground up. This is a direct hire role that comes with a great base salary, equity bonus, & excellent benefits package.

Description:

• Develop and implement a quality assurance strategy, as well as policies and procedures
• Collaborate with teams to define quality standards, goals, and objectives.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate quality assurance activities across multiple projects and teams.
• Define and establish testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of test cases, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Monitor and track defects, issues, and risks, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and lead the implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools.

Must Have:

• 8 years of experience running & developing an IT Quality Assurance Program from the ground up

Nice to Have:

• A strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Proficient in test management and defect tracking tools.
• ERP Finance Experience (SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, or Other).
• Experience working for an unstructured private company & thrives on ambiguity.
