Job Title:

HR Generalist


Contract:

4.5 months (Mid-September 2024 to end of January 2025)


Work Address:

San Jose, CA 95134 (Onsite)


Job Function/Description:

The HR Generalist will support a variety of HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations for the company. Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting with recruiting and staffing logistics.
  2. Coordinating employee orientation, development, training, and recordkeeping.
  3. Supporting employee relations, counselling, and communication efforts.
  4. Administering benefits and maintaining accurate records.
  5. Handling employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting, as well as employee services.
  6. Providing accurate and timely HR information to clients, employees, and management.
  7. Assisting in the implementation of HR policies, services, and programs, supporting company managers with HR-related issues.
  8. Managing the off-boarding process.
  9. Performing other duties as assigned or requested.
  10. Generating monthly expenses and HR-related reports from the HRIS system.
  11. Submitting invoices for timely payment processing.

Education / Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.

Technical Skills:

  1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  2. Experience in report writing is a plus.
