It is the responsibility of the office administrator to answer phones, assist service manager & field technicians with all different service related functions.

Job Summary:
It is the responsibility of the office administrator to answer phones, assist service manager & field technicians with all different service related functions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answer the phone quickly and professionally.
- Be familiar with our company, products, and services so many questions can be answered without consulting others.
- Communicate clearly, precisely, and in a friendly manner Take and deliver messages as appropriate.
- Ensure messages are received and follow up is appropriate.
- Call customers to schedule service and maintenance appointments.
- Call supplies and vendors for pricing on parts.
- Provide sufficient knowledge, skills, training, and information to achieve peak performance, continuous improvement, and a positive, productive work environment consistent with company goals and objectives.
- Understand the skills, strengths and weaknesses of the field technicians so as to dispatch field technicians in relation to the job opportunity and ability of the technician.
- Provide all necessary information to field technicians.
- Organize On-Call schedule for technicians. "Time Stamp" field technicians for dispatch, arrival and completed times in the computer system; verity vehicle tracking.
- Contact Customer prior to dispatch to ensure their presence and method of payment via phone or e-mail.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum Associates Degree
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel
- Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative
- Able to meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
