The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Manager to oversee our growing Midwest operations, including Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Tennessee, Texas, and beyond. In this role, you will:

  • Support our Midwest Footprint: Support a team of approximately 100 internal employees and 2,500+ field employees across the region.
  • Lead Investigations and Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on complex HR matters.
  • Lead a Small Team: Supervise and mentor a small team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Manage Change and Compliance: Collaborate on change management initiatives and ensure compliance with local employment laws with a focus in Illinois employment law.

You Have:

  • Experience: At least 10 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Certification: PHR, SPHR, or related HR certification preferred.
  • Skills: Proven track record in employee relations, change management, and handling collective bargaining agreements.
  • Knowledge: Experience with Illinois employment law.
  • Language: Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Characteristics: Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about making a difference.

Location: Bensenville, IL (Onsite, with one day flex)

Compensation: $95- $130k
