The Commercial Transaction Paralegal will work alongside and support collegial attorneys through all stages of commercial transactions.
In your first few weeks in this Commercial Transaction Paralegal role, you can expect to:
- Communicate with vendors, outside attorneys, and clients
- Research corporate entity status in various jurisdictions
- Request UCC, tax lien, litigation searches, and other searches, and summarize findings for review
- Assist with loan closings
- Prepare and organize document binders and shared file sites for loan closings; post-closing due diligence

- A college degree is required; Paralegal certificate or higher education is preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial finance and development
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and PDF software
- Proficiency using legal, USPTO, and other government electronic filing systems
