Epic ExperienceExperience using pyxis ADC and CII safeInpatient hospital experience (including both distributive and clinical activities preferred)Experience working in a clean room List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Dispensing activities- including mixing/checking of IVs, filling of patient-specific doses and pyxis loads, checking of Technician work, pharmacokinetic dosing, heparin drip dosing, coumadin dosing, chart review, renal dose adjustment, antimicrobial stewardship activities, IV to PO conversion, discharge medication reconciliation Best personality who will work well as a part of the team. Self-motivated to learn processes and fill in wherever needed. Not afraid to ask for help or guidance when not clear on an assigned task.
