SUMMARY
Classic Lincoln of Columbia is looking for a Hybrid Sales/Finance Manager to join our growing sales department. You'll work closely with upper management as well as the sales associates to ensure the business needs are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work directly with our dedicated Lincoln employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
  • Created a memorable client experience with every client that enters to store.
  • Occasionally attend offsite event for increased brand awareness.
  • Manage the new and used vehicle inventory including dealer trades
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
  • Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
  • Desk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR cars
  • Manage and oversee Internet Lead Process
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Have a minimum of 12 months F&I experience and 12 months of highend retail experience
  • Prior automotive sales managerial experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of inventory control
  • Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
  • Professional
  • Strong work ethic
  • Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
