Exciting Opportunity for a Behavioral Health Provider Quality Manager!

As we expand, we seek a Behavioral Health Provider Quality Manager to join our Maryland Behavioral Health Administrative Services Project.
This is a full-time, hybrid role in Hanover, Maryland , with a competitive pay range of $35.00-$37.00 per hour .
What You'll Do: As the Behavioral Health Provider Quality Manager, you'll lead provider engagement, driving performance improvements and enhancing the value of services offered to Beacon Health members. You'll build and foster strong relationships with BH providers, internal teams, and key stakeholders to ensure quality care and clinical outcomes. Your day-to-day will include analyzing provider data, conducting face-to-face and virtual meetings, and collaborating on strategies that elevate service delivery and performance.
What You Bring:
- A Master's degree in Behavioral Health or a related field
- 10+ years of healthcare experience, with 5 years in Behavioral Health
- Current, valid, independent, and unrestricted license such as RN, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (as allowed by applicable state laws) is required.
- Proven ability to manage provider relationships and improve clinical outcomes
