About the Role:


What You'll Do:


  • Develop and implement paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
  • Manage large-scale media budgets to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with campaign goals.
  • Identify, analyze, and optimize target audiences using demographic and behavioral data.
  • Create and run A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and analytics teams to refine and adjust campaigns based on performance insights.
  • Continuously monitor and report on key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to drive successful campaign outcomes.


Background & Skills:


  • Strong Communication: Articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
  • Creative Thinking: Bring innovative solutions to the table.
  • Organizational Excellence: Manage multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines with top-notch organizational skills.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles with accounts spending over $5m/annually.
