Description:The Adverse Loan Specialist will play a critical role in monitoring and processing loan applications that require attention due to incomplete documentation or adverse actions. The ideal candidate will be able to efficiently track loan applications approaching deadlines, follow up on incomplete or denied loans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Experience Required:• Proficiency in Excel (filtering and sorting reports).• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.Preferred (but not required):• Experience with LendingPad.• Experience with investor loan portals• Experience with NMI Payment Gateway• Knowledge of Regulation B and adverse loan processingAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
