Memory Support Director

Fountain View by Heritage Communities is Hiring!

Our Memory Support Director (LPN or RN) Will:

• Lead and grow our local Memory support programs.
• Provide training to associates on new principles and methodologies of care for improved resident outcomes.
• Work closely with both current and prospective residents and families to meet their individualized needs.
• Design innovative programs and services that enhance the resident experience.
• Develop processes and procedures that build operational continuity, efficiency, safety and meet state and federal guidelines.
• Build strong relationships in a positive environment throughout the community.

Our Memory Support Director (LPN or RN) Has:

• An active, state-required nursing license.
• 1+ years of supervisory and management experience, including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline, and counseling (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience with health-related practices in the care of individuals living with dementia or cognitive impairment.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
