Job Description:

1. Litigation Lawyer/Chambering Pupil
2. Assisting partner with legal research, drafting and preparation of cause papers.
3. Drafting legal opinion, pleadings, cause papers and submissions (not applicable to Chambering Pupil position).
4. Attending to Court matters, including assisting and/or conducting trials and hearings.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Pupil:
   * to assist lawyers in litigation/conveyancing matters
2. Litigation Lawyer
   - Valid Practicing Certificate
   - Minimum 1 year experience in civil litigation
   - Able to work independently with minimal supervision
