Job Description: As a Stock Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and managing inventory to support our daily operations. Your attention to detail and dedication to accuracy will be essential in maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring smooth workflow.
Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against invoices, and accurately record received items into inventory system.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring items are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock levels or shortages to relevant departments.
• Assist with the organization and execution of physical inventory audits.
• Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with purchasing and receiving teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockroom and warehouse areas.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or inventory management role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
