Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Sales Account Management role
- Analytical capability and business acumen
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
- Technical awareness and problem solving methodologies
- Strong people and communication skills
- High energy, a passion for success, the desire to lead
- Self-starter, ability to manage multiple activities effectively without supervision
- Willingness to travel 10-20%
- Ability to read and interpret large data sets through Excel
Responsibilities
- Key customer facing role responsible for identifying and delivering to customer demands while achieving internal deliverables
- Working closely with Program Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing, this candidate must maintain holistic knowledge of the business and be capable of concisely reporting to internal and external teams
- Track and ensure all POs are accurate and loaded prior to production or implementation
- Quote engineering changes, new harness variants, and future business
- Recover costs for tooling, obsolete material, expedites, overtime, downtime, premium material, etc.
- Achieve financial metrics committed to the organization
- Establish knowledge competency of the product, production, and processes
- Track production, EDI, accounts receivable, and product design through Aptiv systems
- Lead resolution of accounts receivable issues, maintaining less than 2.5% for each customer
- Oversee business relationships and scorecard metrics
- Work closely with cross functional areas to reconcile issues related material and production
- Concisely report account status through leading internal and external commercial meetings
- Peruse future business opportunities based on upcoming programs
- Maintain a consistent and positive attitude which represents Aptiv values each day
- Oversee cross functional meetings to assure customer expectations and relationship deliverables are achieved
- Support and participate in customer technical reviews
- Ensure compliance with customer specific requirements

Salary Range: $73,500 -161,850
As a candidate for this position, your salary and will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skills and any other factors Aptiv considers relevant to the hiring decision.
