Regional Sales Manager - Lighting - Midwest
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who knows how to close orders in the stock and flow market. This lighting company is rapidly growing and specializes in designing and manufacturing a broad array of indoor/outdoor white goods and controls for the distribution and specification markets. In addition, they serve multiple verticals with additional specialty products. They separate themselves from the competition with innovation, price, and rapid delivery.
You will drive sales within the Midwest Territory (IL, MN, MI) through a combination of direct sales and a professional rep/distribution network. This will involve working with assigned lighting agents to encourage sales, deliver excellent customer service, and manage a large customer base.
This role is designed for someone looking to join the lighting industry in a critical territory. A proven track record of full-service sales to contractors, builders, or electrical distribution is a must.
Outstanding benefits, base salary, and aggressive uncapped commission plan.
