Travel Nurse RN - ER/Trauma in Creve Coeur, MO

**Job Description:**
- Work in a dynamic ER environment, dealing with a variety of adult services and stabilizing pediatric cases for transfer.
- Expected to handle around 35 visits per day in an 8 or 10-room/bed setup.
- Provide patient care with a requirement to work every other weekend and two out of the three major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day).
- Participate in a metro float pool, which includes multiple affiliated facilities. Must be willing to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliated hospitals to meet facility needs.
- Orientation includes 40 hours to acclimate to the job expectations and environment.
- Work in a short-term acute care facility with a total of 68 staffed beds.
- Uphold dress code standards with navy blue scrubs.
- No on-call requirements, but flexibility is necessary for low census redeployment as coordinated by the House Supervisor.
- Strict compliance with pre-start modules and report submissions before commencement.
- Flu vaccination is required, with exemptions applicable only for medical or religious reasons.
