LHH is looking for dedicated Seasonal Customer Service Administrators to join our clients team in Renton, WA, during the busy holiday season! This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service to showcase their skills during a busy time by providing administrative and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Assist in tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions
  • Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve service quality
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle high-volume inquiries and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
