We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Review corporation, S-corporation, partnerships, exempt organization, and personal tax returns.
  • Perform tax research and communicate clearly and concisely to clients and other team members, both orally and in writing.
  • Respond to inquiries and notices from the IRS and other tax authorities.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients; manage work for the entire process from start to finish.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of five years (manager) in public accounting related to taxes.
  • Advanced knowledge of tax accounting, compliance, and returns.
  • Experience supervising, managing teams, and mentoring staff.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple engagements, clients, and staff.
  • Ability to prioritize workload for completing projects and planning for deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Lacerte Tax Software and QuickBooks experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of exempt organization, HOA, and trust taxation is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelors in Accounting (Required).

Experience:

  • Public accounting related to taxes: 5 years (Required).

Compensation: $105,000.00 - 115,000.00 per year
