Commercial Property Manager/Leasing Agent
Tarantino Properties is seeking a Commercial Property Manager/Leasing Agent to join their growing team in the Dallas metropolitan area for an expanding mixed-use portfolio. The right candidate must have good knowledge of commercial real estate including a broad understanding of accounting, building maintenance, leasing, marketing, business development, and tenant relations.
Responsibilities:
- Involved with all operations of managing and leasing commercial properties
- Managing B, C, and D class properties
- Leasing - new and renewals
- Reporting interdepartmentally and to clients
- Maintains tenant files and digital records/updates internal tracking of insurances/exceptions/options
- Collection of rents, preparing an annual budget/escalations, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances
- Participate in weekly calls with ownership
- Must be familiar with the Dallas market
- Travel up to 30% (Texas)
- Monthly 2-day trip is required
Qualifications:
- Active Texas Real Estate License is required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of commercial property management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi)
