Job Summary

This position is responsible for:

1. Managing multiple strategic, cross-enterprise implementations of varying complexity and strategic importance.
2. Managing, coordinating and driving the development, expansion, maintenance, and operational effectiveness of product throughout the product lifecycle.
3. Evaluation and development of product line innovation and strategy.
4. Maintaining constant awareness of industry trends.
5. Proactively ensuring the execution/implementation of the next generation of products.

Hybrid schedule: requires three days per week visibility in the HCSC office listed in this posting.

Required Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree and six (6) years’ experience in strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry
2. -OR-
3. Ten (10) years of experience in strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry
4. Experience managing people or projects.
5. Experience implementing multi-million dollar/multi-year business and technology projects.
6. Understanding of project management tools and methods.
7. Financial, estimating, and budget management experience as it relates to projects, implementations, and/or operations.
8. Comfortable with change and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment.
9. Presentation and group facilitation experience.
10. Analytical and information synthesis skills.
11. Experience managing and mentoring staff.
12. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
13. Experience with developing relationships and interacting successfully with senior management and staff across multiple departments.
14. Organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks.
15. Creativity and Innovation, Analysis and Implementation Skills and Experience.
16. Business acumen and project/process integration skills.
17. Conflict management and resolution skills.
18. Understanding of / experience with the SDLC.
19. Ability to autonomously manage complex corporate projects, including strong organization, prioritization, problem solving and communication skills.

Preferred Job Qualifications

1. Master’s Degree in an area of study that focuses on critical thinking/problem-solving activities.
2. Knowledge of healthcare insurance industry and current trends related to new products/networks, as well as new legislation and interaction with government affairs.
