About the job Employee Relations Analyst
The Employee Relations Analyst will handle the internal accommodation process by collaborating with employees, third-party vendors, and management regarding medical accommodations for working from home. This role involves completing related documentation, as well as follow-up and tracking. You will develop and maintain data, metrics, and other mechanisms to monitor and communicate milestones and trends, providing analysis and recommendations. Completing case documentation and reporting, including documenting investigative interviews and updating the case management system, will also be key responsibilities.
