Can you give a high-level overview of your team size, roles, its initiatives/deliverables, and any tool/technologies specific to your team/department/project they will be supporting: Labor Relations team consists of 4 employees who interact with the union and represented employees. This project will support scanning hardcopy labor relations documents (grievances, arbitration, etc.), creating case files in the system of record, and uploading these documents to the system of record.

What would a day in the life of this role look like?: A typical day would be creating case files in the software, organizing digital copies of documents, scanning hardcopy documents, deriving key information from documents for the case files.

What interaction level with this role have the team members and hiring manager? They will report to Principal Workforce Analyst and will have minimal interaction with hiring manager and other team members.

What would you say is the top priority for the worker over the first few weeks/months?: They will need to learn the software that documents will be uploaded too. And how to categorize labor documents.

What do you foresee being the biggest challenge in this role? Identifying and categorizing document types.

Education Requirements (Experience in Lieu of Degree): High school diploma or equivalent

How many years of experience are you looking for?: 2 or more years in HR or related field

Education/Experience/Certifications

Education High school diploma or equivalent.
