If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love solving problems, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:Create Memorable Experiences: Be the friendly face that guests rely on during the night, addressing their needs with professionalism and warmth.Master of Finances: Accurately manage cash, checks, and credit transactions, ensuring all revenues are perfectly posted and the guest ledger is balanced daily.-Confidentiality Champion: Handle sensitive guest information with the utmost integrity and discretion.Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Tackle guest complaints and requests head-on, using your initiative to ensure every issue is resolved or escalated appropriately.Reporting Guru: Provide valuable insights to management through detailed reports on asset utilization and audit results.Operational Innovator: Proactively recommend changes that enhance our operations and financial activities.Documentation Specialist: Manage daily paperwork like occupancy reports and cash drawer summaries to keep everything running smoothly.Leadership in Absence: Step up to make key management decisions when required, showcasing your leadership skills.-Tech Savvy: Utilize Excel and other software to generate reports for our corporate office, making your mark on our operations.What We’re Looking For:Minimum of 6 months in a Front Office role within a hotel environment.Basic accounting skills are a must!High School Diploma or equivalent.A valid state driver’s license, adhering to company vehicle guidelines.Proficient with computers and data entry software.Ability to stand and walk for your entire shift.Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.--Why You’ll Love It Here:At our hotel, you’re not just another employee; you’re an essential part of a close-knit team dedicated to excellence.
