Locum Tenens Opportunity: Urologist Near Yellow Jacket, CO We are actively seeking a skilled Urologist to provide locum tenens coverage near Yellow Jacket, CO. Position Overview: Profession : Physician Specialty : Urology Location : Near Yellow Jacket, CO Start Date : ASAP End Date : Ongoing Coverage Type : Varied shifts including night and weekend call Practice Setting : Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic, Call Trauma Level : III Key Responsibilities: Shift Details : Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (day shifts) and 4:00 PM - 7:00 AM (night call) Saturday-Sunday: 24-hour call coverage from 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM Provide one week of coverage per month on an ongoing basis Patient Care : See patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings, including the emergency room and clinic Perform various urological procedures in the OR as required Support Staff : Work with a multidisciplinary team including Medical Assistants (MA), Nurse Practitioners (NP), Physician Assistants (PA), and Registered Nurses (RN) Certification & Licensure Requirements: Board Certification : Must be board certified in Urology State License : Active Colorado medical license required Additional Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Valid DEA license Emergency/Temp Privileges : Yes, temporary privileges are available to expedite the start date Work Environment: EMR System : EPIC FTE : 0.5 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Procedures : A wide range of urological procedures will be expected, including both routine and emergency surgeries.
