We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. Your Role: As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group and catering-related opportunities. You will take charge of maximizing revenue potential by actively upselling each business opportunity. This role is crucial in achieving both personal and team-related revenue goals, ensuring the seamless handover of business for proper service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively Solicit & Manage: Identify and manage group and catering-related opportunities.
- Maximize Revenue: Actively identify and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue for the resort. Drive personal and team-related revenue targets.
- Service Excellence: Consistently strive to maintain service excellence and support Marriott’s Service and Relationship Strategy by delivering exceptional service, driving customer loyalty, and exceed each client’s expectation.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Strong ability to upsell and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- A passion for delivering incredible service and building long-term customer relationships.
- A team-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve both personal and team goals.
