YOUR ROLE
To achieve our ambitious mission, we are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Director. You’ll establish & grow our sales team, while directly holding responsibility for building relationships with our largest and most strategic partners. You’ll design strategies to expand our partnerships with companies like Google, Meta, and Zalando, and work tirelessly building relationships with new companies.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Relationship Focused: Experience working with customers and building long-term partnerships.
- Sales: Understanding of sales cycles and ability to run any part of the sales process.
- Metrics driven: Ability to use numbers to make an argument and tell a story.
- Execution/project management: Reliable and effective in getting things done efficiently.
- Strategic thinker: Ability to identify strategic opportunities to expand Manara’s reach.
- Growth mentality: Open to feedback and quick to learn new things.
- Team player/collaboration: Collaborates effectively with others in a remote setting.
- Remote: Thrives in a remote role and can overlap hours with our founders in California.
- Ambiguity: Comfortable with the ambiguity & change that occurs at an early-stage startup.

- Management: Experience growing teams, including recruiting and retaining.
- Operations whiz: Familiarity with sales and marketing tools.
- European Tech Sector: Knowledge of and experience with the European tech scene.
- Talent/engineering industry expertise: Prior exposure to the talent industry, particularly engineering.
- Marketplace: Experience in marketplace businesses, especially talent marketplaces.
- Passion: Passionate about Manara’s mission.
LOCATION: We are a fully remote team, but for this role, you must be based in London or elsewhere in Europe. Your colleagues on the sales team will be based in various locations.
