Summary:
Recuro Health is seeking a Deployment and Integration who will be vital in onboarding new clients and ensuring their technical integrations are successful. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders to set up new connections, monitor and troubleshoot existing ones, and oversee deployment. In addition to integration management, you will write code, enhance software, and improve processes to streamline integrations. This is a good hybrid role for someone with a solid software engineering background who also enjoys interfacing directly with client technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical client integrations involving SSO connections, APIs, eligibility and file transfers, claims and deductible checks, reporting, and more.
- Independently interface with clients to support the successful deployment of key integrations.
- Develop a deep understanding of Recuro Health integration systems to become a technical subject matter expert for those systems.
- Concisely describe Recuro Health’s capabilities to clients and advise on the best technical integration plan to ensure client needs are met.
- Create and improve technical documentation describing Recuro Health’s integration capabilities for both internal and external stakeholders
- Diagnose and solve technical integration issues. Escalate issues or help coordinate remediations with other engineering teams when necessary.
- Improve Recuro Health integration systems by helping design new processes, writing code, testing, and monitoring.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience interfacing with client and external stakeholders.
- Experience writing software using modern software design principles. One or more of React, Node.js, Typescript, Go experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience with SQL databases (i.e. Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Experience designing and consuming APIs and working with various data formats (i.e. JSON, CSV, XML)
- An aptitude for learning new technologies and digging into existing systems to understand how they work.
- Ability to work well both on a team or individually.
- A knack for troubleshooting problems and attention to detail when digging into issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to support internal and client requests.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience integrating SSO, APIs, eligibility, or claims processes with external clients or vendors
- Understanding of ETL processes (i.e. Azure Data Factory, SSIS)
- Familiarity with EHR Systems (i.e. Epic, Athena, Cerner)
- Familiarity with HL7 or FHIR
- Familiarity with monitoring and debugging tools (i.e. Prometheus, Grafana, Postman, cURL)
- Understanding of telehealth and healthcare software applications
- Understanding of Healthcare Technology Standards and Regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.)
Location Preferences:
- This role is Hybrid Remote with at least 1-2 days in office each week to work directly with our Engineering Team in our Minneapolis Office.
