We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the marketing team in the development, implementation, and execution of marketing programs and initiatives with a primary focus on digital campaigns and social media. The Digital Media Specialist will report to the Vice President of Marketing in our Irvine office. We are looking for an experienced candidate that will be responsible for a range of marketing activities to support the company’s growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement digital campaigns to engage audience, nurture leads, raise brand awareness, and continue to build on our industry reputation.
- Design and optimize emails, subject lines, and CTAs to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Review and maintain social media strategy in collaboration with leadership to ensure our core values and purpose are weaved within all areas of online presence.
- Ensure all content is within brand guidelines.
- Assist with the annual marketing calendar (newsletters, training, national awareness, events, trending topics).
- Continuous improvement by capturing and analyzing the appropriate digital data/metrics, insights and best practices; creation of monthly KPI reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as clinical outreach, training, and client services to ensure that digital strategies are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing or related field.
- Experience in digital marketing; experience with public safety/first responders, mental health, treatment a plus.
- Proficient in marketing tools and technologies; experience with HTML email systems such as MailChimp or Constant Contact; experience in relevant social engagement platforms.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient writing skills, keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent skills in Google Suite, PDFs, PowerPoint and document formatting.
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification.
Onsite Fulltime, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
