We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our fast-growing Data Security company. You will get the chance to own and manage the lifecycle of one of our new products and to be the voice of the customer within the business. You will be part of a global team of Product Managers delivering mission-critical solutions that keep thousands of businesses safe around the world.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our new Data Security Software products, including defining the product vision, roadmap, and strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and execution, and to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Work Arrangement

  • Full-time position
  • Hybrid work model (2 to 3 days per week in the Seattle office)
  • Monday to Friday, 5-day work week (flexible work schedule)

Eligible to reside and work in US (Citizens or Green Card Holders only)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategy, roadmap, and vision
  • Focus on building a new product that expands our portfolio, requiring strong version 0 to 1 experience.
  • Work closely with engineering in a highly agile fashion, with an emphasis on delivering value and failing fast.
  • Ability to quickly design, model, or render wireframes that represent the product and user experience of the product.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and industry trends
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful product development and execution
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and market trends
  • Define and analyse key product metrics to measure performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and adoption
  • Participate in product planning and roadmap presentations to customers and other stakeholders

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Experience in cybersecurity, including familiarity with current trends, technologies, and best practices in the field.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, particularly as they apply to cybersecurity solutions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to cybersecurity.
  • Proven ability to manage and launch cybersecurity products or features.
  • Strong understanding of threat landscapes and the ability to translate this knowledge into effective product strategies.
  • Experience working in a Global engineering environment
  • Experience working with security teams and integrating security into the software development lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business or related field; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in product management or related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing cloud SaaS software products and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and lead a team of product managers
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with cloud SaaS software development and related technologies
  • Understanding of agile development methodologies
  • Passion for technology and product innovation
