Job Description
As the Third Party Site Coordinator , you will be responsible for ensuring ICL policies and procedures regarding product safety and security, material handling, inventory control, and customer shipments. In this role, you will be responsible for working as a team to support over $400 million in annual shipments. As an individual, the coordinator will be responsible for SAP transactions and securing transportation for material movements. This position will report to the Energy Services Logistics Supervisor and will be the primary backup for inventory management responsibilities and backup other Third-Party Site coordinators.

This position is based out of our North American Headquarters office in Creve Coeur (St. Louis, MO) working a hybrid schedule consisting of 3 days in office and 2 days remotely from home.

Set up transportation when needed
Update Share Point site and other document management systems
Provide documentation when needed to freight forwarders, customers, and 3rdparty sites
Interaction with business, sales, and customer service regarding Energy Services issues
Provide back-up support for inventory management responsibilities
Provide all documentation for shipments when required
Assist in investigation of customer complaints
Provide significant input and execution on new location development for growing business where needed
Establish and maintain Third Party sites in SAP
May be required to travel less than 10% of the time
Must be able to learn & manage all 3rd party accounts
What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?
Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics environment or related experience preferred
SAP experience preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
The selected candidate will embrace change, challenge the status quo, and create tools that help simplify job tasks
Requires above-average verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to communicate across multiple levels of the organization
Demonstrates high sense of urgency and responsiveness to meet business demands
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to function independently or in a team environment
Time management skills with the ability to make timely efficient decisions while staying organized
Inventory management accuracy is a must in all third- party roles
Ability to be a self-starter

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field

Compensation at ICL:
If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
Salary Range: $50,000 - $62,000
Annual Bonus Target: 5%, subject to plan provisions.
