Title: Group Leader - Traffic Engineering

Client Types: TxDOT, Cities, Counties, Toll Road and other Transit Authorities

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and achieve project scopes, budgets, and schedules for projects.
2. Manage the preparation of various reports, presentations, budgets, specifications, plans, construction schedules and permits for projects.
3. Develop and maintain key client relationships, acquire leads, positions for projects; knowledgeable of the client’s decision-making processes.

Requirements:

1. Professional Engineer (P.E. ) License from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors (TBPELS)
2. Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE ) Certification from the Transportation Professional Certification Board (TPCB)
3. Experience in leading Traffic Engineering projects
4. Proficiency in relevant traffic engineering software and programs, such as VISSIM, SYNCHRO, HCS, or Microstation
