Senior Manager, Program Management

What you’ll do:
- Support the team in establishing and effectively managing working relationships with stakeholders
- Coach the team in partner mapping, whole systems approach, and Agile methodologies
- Connect teams across disciplines to build common tools, language, systems, and structure
- Stay current on industry trends, serving as a subject matter expert
- Participate in Agile sprint planning with Product and Engineering leaders
- Manage actual or potential gaps in resourcing for projects and recommend strategies
- Manage project portfolio and participate in prioritization decisions
- Evaluate team talent, identify gaps, and implement action plans
- Craft team culture by building rituals, processes, and practices
Who you are:
- 6+ years of corporate experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a Technical field or equivalent professional experience
- Strong experience leading organizational change and/or end-to-end program management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills
