Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Search Product Manager to join our team. You are responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of our search products, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and align with our business objectives. A strong emphasis on agile methodologies and a proven track record in agile process implementation is essential for this role.
Successful applicants are expected to manage multiple stakeholders and time zones, as this is a global role, making it key for them to have strong project management skills. This is a key role and requires the ability to both work in startup-like environments and within a large matrixed organization. You will report to the Director, Engineering.

Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the technical team and stakeholders, including customers, business managers, and the development team, to ensure a clear understanding of product requirements.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the team always works on the most impactful tasks. Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Agile Delivery: Responsible for ensuring the delivery of projects, fostering an Agile environment, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Quality Assurance: Work closely with the QA team to ensure that the deliverables meet the quality standards and that user experiences are consistent.
- Team Coordination: Engage with engineering teams (offshore) in various time zones to plan and develop and deploy products on time and within the scope.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a media background.
- Proven track record of shipping product on time and within budget.
- Solid technical background with knowledge of software development practices.
- Strong project management ability, experience managing multiple simultaneous projects across various teams and time zones.
- Outstanding project management skills of breaking down tasks, simplifying product roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines, and status reporting.
- Excellent skills in Jira or similar agile project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of search engines, advertising and marketing systems and processes.
- Master's Degree.

Compensation Range: $81,500 - $128,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
