Pure Financial Advisors, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Portfolio Administrator to join the Investment Management department. This position will be responsible for supporting the team in the administration and management of investment portfolios. Primary duties will include maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and generating reporting.

This position plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our portfolio management processes and ensuring that we are providing excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management Support: Assist portfolio managers and traders with the day-to-day management of client portfolios.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process and record conversions, contributions, withdrawals, and other transactions in client accounts.
  • Reporting Management: Review, maintain, and update portfolio data in the firm’s systems for generating, updating, and reviewing reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate and streamline portfolio management activities.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with an emphasis in Finance, Economics, math, statistics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyze large sets of data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with different asset classes, financial instruments, and investment strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm or Broker/Dealer environment.
  • Advanced Skills: Experience with portfolio management software (Bloomberg, Morningstar, Tamarac, Orion, Redtail, Portfolio Center).
  • Hours: 7:00a-3:30p (PST)
  • Hybrid: Position may work a hybrid schedule, with flexibility to work up to two (2) days/week remotely and three (3) days in office.
  • Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000 (annualized)
