Coordination project experience
Light technical experience
Experience with 0365 and Active Directory
Experience keeping ticket management up to date (including status, due dates and monitoring service desk queues).
Experience with suppliers/vendors handling department purchasing
Experience prioritizing, overseeing, and following up on tasks
Experience with report development. Assisting Manager with production weekly and monthly reporting.
IT inventory, maintaining inventory assets and ordering when needed
Experience managing conflicting priorities and multiple parallel projects preferable
Previous admin experience in a telecommunications or similar service delivery environment
Strong organizational skills and time management. Experience in ensuring all work is completed with acceptable quality levels.
Experience working with clients, vendors and team members managing timelines, and keeping the team on time.
Strong experience using Outlook, Teams, Excel & MS Word
