Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing financial reporting and analytical processes, supporting data-driven decision-making. This role involves analysis, forecasting, and reporting of financial and operating results, partnering with management to identify business trends and recommend actions.

This role sits in King of Prussia, PA on a 4 day a week schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with executive team members on reporting, analysis, planning, and forecasting activities
• Present findings and recommendations in management meetings
• Develop, track, and report on operational and financial metrics and KPIs
• Enhance reporting capabilities through automated tools like PowerBI dashboards
• Contribute to data warehouse development and ensure data integrity
• Prepare monthly financial and operating presentations for various stakeholders
• Assist in budget and forecast preparation, measuring actual performance
• Support CFO with strategic analytics and Board presentations
• Analyze and perform due diligence for M&A opportunities
• Act as a liaison between finance and other departments (operations, marketing, etc.)
• Conduct strategic analysis to support data-driven decision-making
• Lead various ad hoc strategic and operational projects

Skills and Competencies:

• 4 - 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, consulting, or similar roles
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, data analytics, or related fields
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools preferred
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
• Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
