This role offers a consistent schedule from noon to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some Saturday coverage for school events.

Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Athletic Training Services : Perform assessments, first aid, and rehabilitation training procedures.
Patient Care : Plan and implement effective rehabilitation programs, assist physicians with screenings, and provide pain relief treatments.
Documentation : Maintain accurate patient records, set goals, and document referrals to the Sports Medicine Center.
Education and Instruction : Educate patients, families, coaches, and community agencies on effective rehabilitation methods.
Event Coverage : Provide emergency first aid and care at athletic events and practices.
Marketing and Budgeting : Promote the Sports Medicine Center and manage the athletic training program’s budget at the school.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Certification as an athletic trainer by the Board of Certification (BOC).
Licensed as an athletic trainer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Emergency Cardiac Care that covers the following areas: adult & pediatric CPR, AED, airway obstruction, 2nd rescuer CPR, and barrier devices (e.g., pocket mask, bag valve mask).
CPR is required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.
