Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year

Based in Long Beach, we are a highly rated and rapidly growing real estate firm that has been established for 40+ years! We own and develop multifamily residential and retail properties with a portfolio including over 14,000 units in three states. Due to growth, we have an immediate need for an in-house Attorney with transactional real estate experience.

Job Details
MUST HAVE:
- Experience with transactional real estate
- California Bar Admission
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with multifamily properties
- LLM in Tax
