Role & Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance and accounting functions of the organization.
• Ensure that company financial statements are in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role, including regulatory reporting.
• Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and report variances.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.

Key Skills

• Profound knowledge and experience in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Strong expertise in regulatory reporting and managing the financial reporting process.
• Experience in expense and cost reporting and a proven ability to manage budgets and financial plans.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in a management role.
