Warehouse Janitor

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse premises.

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure they are free from debris and hazards.

Diligently sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.

Collect and dispose of waste in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines.

Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing additional cleaning or maintenance.

Respond promptly to spillages or accidents to minimize risks.

Utilize cleaning supplies and equipment properly to achieve optimal results.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Proven experience in a janitorial or cleaning role, preferably in a warehouse.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies as well as safety practices.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as required.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.
