Director, Marketing Events

As demand for Immersive Labs Cyber Drill experience has grown, we are looking for a Director, Marketing Programs: Cyber Drills. You'll report into the Senior Director, Global Revenue Marketing and be a key part of the marketing leadership team, leading the charge on taking our Cyber Drills experience to market.

In addition, this is an incredible opportunity to help the Cyber industry understand a brand-new class of cyber risk reduction and workforce readiness! You will have the opportunity to genuinely shape an emerging industry change and market category.

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

  • Manage and Execute our presence at Tier One Global Events calendar, focused on key industry events.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive event calendar that delivers the Immersive Labs Cyber Drills experience across key locations globally.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of event production, including sourcing unique and exciting venues, vendor management, and on-site execution.
  • Develop and implement an end-to-end promotional program to drive engagement and attendance with target accounts.
  • Identify and develop internal talent to build a robust team capable of delivering high-quality Cyber Drill experiences.
  • Develop sponsorship packages and proposals tailored to sponsors needs and secure sponsor partners.
  • Develop training materials and programs to enable partners to deliver their own versions of the event.
  • Pilot and evaluate new event formats and experiences to gauge effectiveness and attendee engagement.

  • Demonstrated experience in event planning and management, with a focus on delivering unique and innovative experiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for challenging convention and pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proven track record of being able to take ideas from conception through to a best-in-class scaled program that can be delivered through multiple channels.
