Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding of the commercial leasing market, including what is “market” for various types of leases and lease related issues
- Experience with leases for multiple property types, including office, retail, industrial and life science.
- Substantial experience representing landlords.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues
Qualifications:
- Bar admission to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.
- JD
- Minimum 3 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements such as term sheets, letters of intent, work letters and SNDAs.
What They Offer:
- $160,000 to $250,000 per year depending on the candidate’s geographic market location and experience.
