Role overview The Corporate Trainer (CT) reporting to the Sr. Corporate trainer is responsible to assist in delivering and improving Accolade's onboarding and continuing education training programs. The CT will directly be responsible for developing, leading remote and in-person training and evaluating training effectiveness. The CT will partner with operational leadership to develop training materials and continuously adapt as programmatic changes occur.
