**Job Description:**
- Work in a 36-bed medical-surgical unit with a team-focused environment.
- Collaborate with a day shift team of 1 Clinical Coordinator, 6 RNs, 3 techs, and 1 unit secretary.
- Collaborate with a night shift team of 1 Clinical Coordinator, 6 RNs, and 2 techs.
- Maintain a patient care ratio of 1:6.
- Use equipment such as Baxter IV pumps and Medfusion pumps.
- Record patient information using Meditech EMR.
- Provide care for post-operative patients including drain management and wound care.
- Perform dressing changes and manage drains effectively.
- Foster strong patient advocacy and work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
- Adhere to the dress code: Navy Blue or White scrubs; no hoodies, pull-overs, or t-shirts.
- Maintain and contribute to high patient experience scores.
