We serve thousands of local service businesses and were named as one of the Top 50 Tech Companies building for SMBs in both 2023 and 2024 .

We're backed by leading investors including Y Combinator and Forerunner Ventures (Series A 2023) with several years of runway, and we’ve experienced rapid growth in the past year.

You will also have the opportunity to make a huge impact on a small yet growing team and culture.

Our Engineering organization currently operates in three Agile pods. In this role, you will be the dedicated QA for one of those pods, reporting to the VP of Engineering.

  • Identify, log, and track bugs across the system, working closely with the engineering team to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Participate in the product lifecycle from concept through deployment, contributing feedback to drive continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years experience in a QA or software testing role.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
  • Solid understanding of manual testing techniques and exploratory testing for web applications.
  • Experience testing RESTful APIs , end-to-end workflows, and integrations.
  • Preferred experience with CI/CD pipelines , ensuring quality checks are automated in the deployment process.

  • Experience in Agile Scrum environments with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • A team player who enjoys working closely with others to identify and resolve issues.
  • A detail-oriented person who enjoys investigating bugs and finding edge cases.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can pivot quickly as priorities shift.
  • A goofball who loves having fun while working.

What we offer

  • Competitive cash compensation and equity package
  • Unlimited vacation, 9 company holidays, and 1 personal volunteer day a year
  • Medical/dental/vision coverage
  • 401(k) plan
  • Fun-filled team that doesn’t take themselves too seriously, including virtual cameos from the team dog mascots Caro and Alta
