About the role

You will:

  • Own & design experiences to onboard protocols and DAOs:
    • Talk to customers and figure out what needs to be built, iteratively.
    • Frame the product design strategy after in-depth study of domain, business, competitors, and users.
    • Spec out feature requirements.
    • Ideate, brainstorm, and wireframe solutions.
    • Work on high fidelity prototypes and ship your design with engineers.

Some sample projects:

  • Design experiences that enable integration of third-party applications (KYC services, payment services, voting apps, etc.) in the product.
  • Design product experience for communication between protocols and grantees.

You’ll be best fit if:

  • You champion customer empathy and argue persuasively on behalf of the user.
  • You excel at user research, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping and have designed products in either consumer or enterprise space.
  • You’re curious about web3:
    • You use web3 applications like wallets, NFTs, etc.
    • You’ve designed web3 apps and products before.
    • You’re a member of DAOs.
