We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on social media, content creation, and employer branding. This role involves creating compelling marketing collateral, managing social media campaigns, attending career fairs, and enhancing our employer branding efforts to attract top talent and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Develop and create persuasive sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and case studies, to support our sales team in acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones. Content Creation: Craft engaging and creative content for digital channels, including blogs, social media posts, website content, and email newsletters, focusing on driving brand awareness and lead generation. Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR and other departments to create and implement employer branding strategies that showcase Freeway International Logistics as an employer of choice. Social Media Management: Maintain and grow the company's social media presence by curating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers, focusing on promoting our brand and sales initiatives. Marketing Collateral: Design and produce visually appealing marketing materials such as flyers, sales decks, and promotional content to support business development and recruitment efforts. Career Fairs & Recruiting: Assist recruiting by attending career fairs and developing marketing materials to support recruiting efforts and attract top talent. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, HR, and operations, to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and drive growth. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth in sales and digital marketing strategies. Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of social media and content campaigns using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and reports to optimize strategies. Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns deliver a strong return on investment.
Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the logistics or B2B industry. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proficiency in social media management tools, content creation, and marketing automation platforms. Strong understanding of sales processes, employer branding, and digital marketing strategies. Ability to create visually appealing marketing collateral using graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in content marketing, social media management, and talent attraction strategies. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
