UniFirst is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Route Trainee. In this role, you will assist Route Service Representatives with various tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, delivering customer products, and maintaining vehicle safety. This position offers opportunities for career advancement and a guaranteed weekly compensation of $1000.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service and resolve issues
- Ensure accurate invoice inventories and perform inventory audits
- Maintain route vehicle reports, safety inspections, and general appearance
- Attend daily account collections and assist with Account Receivable collections
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 21 with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements and be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication and language skills, basic computer proficiency
- Prior customer service, route sales, or delivery experience preferred
